Michael Durham is pastor of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Paducah, KY. He preached for over a decade before God truly converted him. Before that time, he was merely following the path of man’s religion, believing himself to be saved because of a prayer he prayed when he was five.
God did call Michael into the ministry after his conversion, and in 1993, he accepted the pastorate at Oak Grove. In 1995, the church launched a ministry called Living Priorities. It began as a radio broadcast and expanded into internet and publishing mediums. In 2008, Living Priorities became Real Truth Matters.
Michael married Karen Perry, and has been blessed with three children, Shelby, Joseph, and Victoria.

Joseph Durham felt the call to ministry even before his conversion at the age of eighteen. It was four years later before God began to fill in some of the details. Until that time, Joseph assisted Michael with Living Priorities, a ministry with a daily radio program and print and internet outreaches. Joseph became the layout artist for the magazine The Expositor while attending Murray State University where he studied print and internet design.
Joseph continues as the layout artist for The Expositor as well as the web designer for RTM and other client websites. |

J.T. Crawford knows what it means to be a false convert. After making false professions at the age of five and thirteen, J.T. was saved at the age of twenty-one after sin had stripped everything from him and God showed him his true condition.
While sharing the gospel with people on the streets of Paducah, KY, he began to see the hypocrisy of much preaching in the United States. J.T. witnessed first hand the false converts that are produced by easy-believism. In 2007, he and another brother were led to Oak Grove Baptist Church where RTM was formed.
J.T. holds a Master’s in Mass Communication from Murray State University and produces videos for RTM. He and his wife Kerie have three daughters, Lana, Alexandra, and Autumn.
